Walter Campbell sadly passed away on 1 September, aged 91. Walter was well known in the villages, having lived in Middleton most of his life. He worked on the family farm at 21 Main Street with his father Walter Swingler (Swin), and later with his wife Cecile, and also ran a doorstep milk delivery service in the villages for many years.
He leaves two daughters, Jackie and Helen, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Walter had a full and active life. He leaves many happy memories and a close, loving and growing family who will miss him very much.
