Bring a picnic and enjoy a relaxed afternoon of music and hopefully sunshine! Entrance is free.
The Valley Voice choir will kick things off at 2pm and there will be musical performances throughout the afternoon from village band Soundpost, the Oh Brother! trio, the Alright Jack saxophone quartet and the Yellow Dog Rhythm and Blues Band.
There will be a children’s treasure hunt, a skittle table and, courtesy of the ladies from St Mary Magdalene Church, drinks and cakes. Profits from the cake stall will go to the Church and the choir will be collecting for Lakelands Hospice.
We are also delighted that professional photographer Nicola Harrison of Middleton’s Daisy Dots Photography will be coming along to take some pics of the event for free.
