Monday 29 May, Bell Ringing at St Mary Magdalene, 10am
A group of bell ringers are coming to Cottingham¬†as part of a local tour and will perform a full peal, something we haven’t enjoyed in Cottingham since 2007! The ringing will last for approximately 2 hours, 45 minutes.


Wednesday 7 June, Aviva Women’s Road Race, lunchtime
The main roads through Cottingham and Middleton will be closed for 30 to 60 minutes while the cyclists come through the villages. Please feel free to come out and cheer the riders on! View details


Saturday 24 June, Cottingham and Middleton Summer Fete, 12 noon to 5pm
Organised by Cottingham School PTFA, raising money for the school and St Mary Magdalene Church. View details

 


Sunday 25 June, Summer Concert, East Carlton Cricket Club, 6pm
The Cottingham and Middleton Valley Voice Choir is joining forces with the Alright Jack saxophone quartet for a Summer Concert. View details


Sunday 2 July, Sunday Cultural Hour, Ashley Church, 6pm,
Hear guest speakers explain the real meaning behind great works of art, music and literature. Entrance is free. More information coming soon.


Saturday 8 July, Village Wine Safari, 7pm
Tickets (available from 3 June) are £20 to include five glasses of wine plus hot food and cheese at the last house. All proceeds will be split between St Mary Magdalene Church and the new Village Hall project. Contact Kirsty Swallow, email kirstyjswallow@icloud.com.
