Energy fit classes, 12 noon to 1pm, Wednesdays (from 18 October), Village Hall Annex
Cost £5 per class. Instructor Jenni Levine has a background in medicine, energy massage, Reiki and Taichi. In her classes you will shake out, massage, tap, stretch, breathe, relax and balance while learning about posture, mindfulness and how to look after your bodies. Pilates classes, 9.30am, Fridays (during term time), Village Hall Annex
1 hour Pilates classes led by qualified local instructor Tina Kaczmar. Mats and equipment are provided and the cost is £7 per class, but Tina asks that you sign up for a full term (typically six weeks, so £42) to get maximum benefit from the exercises, that are designed to build up your muscle strength and flexibility.
