Corby Borough Council has started to prepare a Part 2 Local Plan, which will set out how the North Northants Joint Core Strategy (which has established the overall strategy for development and use of land in the area up to 2031) will be implemented within Corby Borough, including where more local guidance is required.
The Council has published a Scoping Document in order to seek people’s views on the key issues that the plan should cover. They are also seeking views on the associated Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Document, as well as the supporting evidence.
