Harmoni yoga classes

New yoga classes starting down at the Village Hall.
They are £8 each and you can pay on the day by cash, card or bank transfer, but please email Jacqui in advance on harmoniwellbeing@gmail.com so she knows how many people to expect.
She recommends you bring a yoga mat, bottle of water and a blanket/cushion for added comfort during relaxation.
