Ghost Stories for Christmas

Tickets are now available for Ghost Stores for Christmas, which are returning to St Mary Magdalene Church for a fourth year.

Written by Pete Bowman and narrated by George West-Robinson, you can look forward to three new spooky stories set in the local area.

The Ghost Stories are taking place over two days – Saturday 12 December, starting at 5.30pm and Sunday 13 December, starting at 4.30pm.

Proceeds will go to St Mary Magdalene Church with a donation being made to Cottingham Friends of Green Space (FroGS).

The Dr Albury Chronicles

The first three ‘Dr Albury’ ghost stories, as performed by George West-Robinson at the church in December 2023, are now collected together in a 64-page, gloss cover paperback book.

They’re £7 each and will be available to purchase at the Ghost Story Events, or you can order them directly from Pete. Please contact him on petebowman397@gmail.com.

All profits from the book sales will go to St Mary Magdalene Church.
