The Cottingham cum Middleton Village Hall Management Committee are holding a painting day from 9am on Saturday 13 August and are looking for volunteers to help paint the inside walls of the Village Hall Annex, next to the school on Berryfield Road.
All the gear and emulsion paint will be provided and the committee will keep you fed and watered with free tea, coffee and cake!
“This is a great village facility that just needs a bit of freshening up,” said committee member Mike Curtis. “Even if people can spare just an hour or two, it would be much appreciated and will benefit the whole village.”
