Valley Voice Choir – free taster session

Our community choir Valley Voice will be back singing again from 5 October.
The choir will be rehearsing at the Village Hall Annex on Berryfield Road, Cottingham every Tuesday at 7:30 pm. Directed by Debbie Smith and accompanied by Mike Dando, the choir mainly performs pop, rock and show songs, along with seasonal pieces in the run-up to Christmas.
It’s great fun, and good for you too! You don’t need to be from Cottingham or Middleton to join, all musical abilities are catered for, there are no auditions and you don’t need to be able to read music.
The choir always welcomes new members and is holding a free taster session for potential new members on 5 October. So, if you fancy giving your vocal cords a stretch, making some new friends and having fun along the way, why not come down and give it a try?
